The NetZoom MobileApp helps you stay in touch with the data center and perform daily tasks:
• Dashboards provide a quick overview of data center capacity, alerts and asset availability
• Search for assets by keyword or navigate the data center to review asset information, where it is installed, see front and rear graphical views of the asset and review any pending alerts
• Follow Work Order instructions to perform Move, Add, Change tasks
• Perform Inventory collection for an Audit session by easily by scanning QR codes, verifying asset information and attaching pictures
• Submit service tickets
